The artist's opinions and evaluation about the problems within creations of the portrait caricature

This research contains "Artists Opinions and Conclusion About the Problems Within Creations of the Portrait Caricature". Caricature is the way of art that benefiting from opportunities and approaching the art with sense of human visual arts, typography, illustrations and layout. This research has done to determine the problems in capturing character and temper while drawing a portrait caricature. For this purpose, after brief examination of the history of cartoons, the knowledge of the people who are the pioneers in this field have been used. In the first part of the study, what is portrait caricature and what is based on the problems encountered in the similarity of portrait caricature are mentioned. In the second part, some questions are asked to some of the people who pioneered portrait caricatures and answers are taken. It was aimed to reveal the problems in drawing the portrait caricature and to reach the results of the portrait caricature drawing. Interviews with Bahadır Baruter, Jason Seiler, Memo Tembelçizer, Ümit Yanılmaz, Achille Superbi, Yuri Wolkovich, Halit Kurtulmuş Aytoslu ve Mehmet Şenocak have been made and it has been tried to understand what is the main problems in the direction of the information obtained. In the third chapter, 18 portrait cartoons were prepared according to the information obtained. In the conclusion of the research, some suggestions have been made in order to solve these problems.
