Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to develop and prepare a postbiotic cream formulation and to conduct characterization studies of the system. Postbiotics are a component that has positive effects not only for colon health but also for the skin, can be applied directly to the skin microbiota, and selectively increase the activity and growth of beneficial 'normal' skin microbiota. As a result of the 1-month stability test of the formulations, no significant difference was observed in appearance, pH and rheological properties. As a result of classical and molecular identification of the lactobacilli used in the preparation of the cream, it was defined as Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus. When evaluated microbiologically, it was found that the cream containing postbiotic was 2 times more effective on S.epidermidis than the placebo cream
