Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this research is to identify the similarities and differences in Prophet Muhammad's life with the positive personality traits that the system of basic virtues and character strengths created by positive psychology seeks to achieve. The research began with a conceptual examination of the subject and the creation of a theoretical infrastructure. Then the sources related to the second part of the research were examined, interpreted, and analyzed using the method of document analysis. This study is qualitative research and the hadiths describing the behavior and actual practices of Prophet Muhammad from the main hadith sources used are included. This research was conducted by using positive psychology, hadith and sira sources. This study finds that the life of the Prophet Muhammad is an example of achieving integrity in an individual's personality within the framework of the 6 virtues identified by positive psychology and the 24 character strengths underneath them. The similarity of Prophet Muhammad's example and guidance to the system of basic virtues and character strengths proposed by positive psychology is not limited to the personality development of Muslims but is an effective example in the personality development of all people.
