Abstract (EN)
Globalization in economy and intensive competition circumstances lead organizations to pursue beyond traditional methods and resources in order to be able to provide and maintain competitive advantage. Effective management, planning and retention of human resources are acknowledged as a strategic factor in achieving organizational competitive advantage. In this context, the concept of positive psychological capital emerges as a necessity for the meaning and internalization of organizations in today's conditions. Positive psychological capital becomes more important for positive and negative effects on employees' attitudes towards organizations. In this study, as positive employee attitudes; organizational commitment and job satisfaction; as negative attitudes; organizational cynicism and the purpose of intention turnover were investigated as an effect of positive psychological capital. A total of 500 health workers, including doctors, nurses and health personnel, working in public hospitals and private hospitals in the city of Adana were included in the survey. A structural equation modelling was used in the analysis of data. According to the results of the research positive psychological capital has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction and negatively on organizational cynicism. The relationship between positive psychological capital and intention turnover was not determined. It is thought that the results obtained from the research will be beneficial for both the literature and the practitioners.
