The influence of positive psychological capital on organizational commitment an implementation in a public establisments

The main objective of this study is to analyze employees' commitments towards orgazinations and their positive psychological capital , and also to reveal the correlation of the following components of Positive Psychological Capital, hope ,self- efficacy, psychological resilliance , optimism with Organizational Commitment . For that purpose , in the first section Positive Psychology , the School of Thinking positively , Positive Organizational Behaviour ,Positive Psycological Capital and the following components hope , self-efficacy ,psychological resilliance ,optimism ,which belong to Positive Psychological Capital , are discussed. In the second section of the study, defination and importance of organizational commitment, approaches related to organizational commitment, factors affecting organizational commitment, results of organizational commitment, relationship between positive psychological capital and organizational commitment are discussed. In the last section of the study , a questionnaire has been taken by 385 employees in the organization to reveal the correlation of Psychological Capital with Organizational Commitment . As a result of the research analysis, in context of emotional and normative commitment positive psychological capital components including; hope, self-sufficency, resilliance and optimism dimensions of employees was possitively effected; on the other hand, participation in the continuity commitment was partially effected.
