Abstract (EN)
efficient and effective project management has become in a key position not only in our country, as well as in the world and it is constantly evolving. Countries should consider improving modern management models and achieving high added value products in order to catch up with developed countries in this race without ignoring the local conditions. One of these modern models were planned and implemented: Research and development, production development, innovation and waste management activities were combined for the first time in the field of prefabricated concrete production and integrated into the concept of Total Project Management (TPM). Classical project management tools can not update themselves very quickly, depending on the reasons such as changing market conditions and customer demands. The core of TPY is the concept of innovation and it has a structure that is compatible with the ever changing conditions and it can be easily updated. With the developed of TPM system, it is considered to contribute to the realization of the targets of Production and Process Technologies and Material Technologies which are Turkey's strategic technology fields. In addition, the use of this system will result in significant reductions in material consumption from the natural resoruces and the amount of relevant wastes. Thus, social and economic losses caused by environmental problems will be minimized, resulting in more sustainable and environmentally friendly products. Within the scope of the study, prefabricated concrete production facilities operating in the field of civil engineering were used as models. With this model, color concrete cost optimization studies have been realized and significant savings have been achieved.
