Abstract (EN)
In this study, we aimed to compare the effect of music on NST results and vital signs in primigravida and multigravidas. Dec December 2019-March 2020 research data was collected at Tokat State Hospital NST Polyclinic. The universe of the study consists of pregnant women who are 32 weeks of gestation and over who are admitted to the NST outpatient clinic. The data of the study were collected by introduction and Evaluation Form, primigravida intervention and control group Vital Signs and NST Evaluation Form, Multigravida intervention and control group Vital Signs and NST Evaluation Form. 90.0% of the Primigravida intervention group was found to be reactive as a result of NST of 78.0% of the multigravida intervention group. According to these results, a statistically significant relationship between the NST result and the groups was found Dec. According to these data, it was determined that listening to music increases the reactive NST rate. As a result, it was determined that the music played to pregnant women during NST had a positive effect on the vital signs and NST results of pregnant women. It has been observed that the music played to pregnant women during NST has positive effects on pregnant women. But in our study, it was found that the music played during NST did not differ between primigravida and multigravid.
