Abstract (EN)

Probertite, Electrocoagulation Thermal Waste (ECTW) and Electrocoagulation Boron Waste (ECBW) can be used for industrial applications such as electrostatic dissipation and electromagnetic shielding. These materials are known for having high-energy loss or high absorption property. Therefore the study of waste materials with high imaginer dielectric constant become more important. Knowing the dielectric properties of these materials plays a critical role when they are combined with cement and concrete for industrial applications like electrostatic dissipation or electromagnetic shielding. Also, we want to make a comparison by comparing electrical properties of these materials which are used in the construction industry as an aggregate in cement and concrete. In our study we identified while the dielectric constant values of Probertite and ECBW are the same level at lower frequencies, the dielectric constant value of ECTW is approximately 10 times higher than other materials. This result can be explained by % 77.98 Al2O3 dielectric material and correspondingly having higher values of dielectric strength ((??). At room temperature ECTW is defined as best shielding, while at higher temperatures (~50 ? C ) ECBW exhibits better shielding properties. Probertite displays dielectric behavior as the frequency rises and becomes better conductor. According to the received data, oxide structure diminishes as temperature and frequency increase, and the material displays better conductive properties. Therefore, Probertite is the ideal shielding material at room temperature (25 ? C) and 50 ?C. We claim that B2O3, which is found in Probertite, may contribute to dielectric strength until 50 ? C. As a conclusion we propose ECTW as cheap, effective and alternative shielding material. Since ECTW exhibits low electrical conductivity or high resistance, it can be used in electromagnetic shielding or electrostatic dissipation which have an industrial important.
