Abstract (EN)
In this research it?s aimed to investigate the transformational leadership styles of professional football clubs directors, organizational health and footballers mobbing living. The population of the research is consisting by 4902 professional football players that play in Turkish Professional Football League, and the sample is consisting by 1014 footballers that selected randomly from 72 teams.For collecting the data ?Transformational Leadership?, ?Organizational Health Scale (OHI-S)? and ?Mobbing? questionnaire had used. For analyzing the data; Pearson Moments Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Basic Linear Regression Analysis, Independent t-test and frequency percentage distribution tests and Path analysis had used.According to research results; it?s determined that 44,1 % of footballers are 23-29 years old, 7 % of them are over 37, 70,3 % of them graduated secondary education, 48,3 % of them have 7-10 years professional experience.When standard deviation examined, Individual Support (6,92066) determined as most homogenous group and Intellectual Stimulation (7,87924) determined as at least homogeneous group. In Path analysis, organizational integrity sub dimensions effects to mobbing (p=0,16) in positive way and effects 40,4 % in high level.Its understanding that footballers having mobbing behaviors and having exploitation in their feelings and emotional needs and also it?s using as threaten tool. In this case trainers are more effective.According to the analysis transformational leadership has a determinative effect on the organizational health and mobbing. Based on these results, getting a high performance team by transformational leadership model, creating a healthy team ambiance will be a right movement style for not occurring mobbing behaviors.Key Words: Football, Transformational Leadershıps, Organızatıonal Healt, Mobbing.
