Abstract (EN)

Today, electronic systems are used in many areas. Electronic systems work by selecting the signal that is appropriate to their operating system from many complex signals. The process of obtaining the signal which is suitable for the system is made by filters, by eliminating the noise generated by other signals within the complex signals. In practice, the signal cannot be clearly filtered. For this reason, the filter should be designed in order to filter the signal with minimum noise. A wide variety of filter design techniques are available. In this thesis, analog and digital filter design techniques are discussed and theoretical information is given. With the Xilinx System Generator and MATLAB Simulink programs, a band stop filter design has been designed to suppress the signal at the unwanted frequency from the signal chaos composed of the signals of different frequencies and amplitudes and the results obtained are examined. Key Words: Analog Filter, Digital Filter, FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays), Matlab/Simulink, Xilinx System Generator, DSP (Digital Signal Processing)
