Abstract (EN)

Project type production from industrial production types, it is decided to plan and control the production and to select the activities and when to do the production. The most common planning method used for this purpose is Network Analysis. In this thesis, exterior cladding firm with project type production was discussed. The most common planning tool used for planning activities in the construction sector is the Critical Path Method (CPM), one of the network analysis methods. The CPM technique provides reliable results if it is a Project. But the number of projects increases, the number of operations is also increasing. If the activities are carried out in the same activity centers, it is difficult to calculate the completion times of the activities correctly. In CPM technique, the duration of the activities should be known precisely. Capacity constraints can not be ignored in enterprises. CPM approach does not work due to limited capacities. The scope of this thesis is to develop a method that is limited in capacity in the case of more than one project in project type production. Simultaneous MRP / CRP system algorithm has been established for scheduling of projects participation of materials in production on the desired date and the time of activity in business centers Capacity is intended to use more effectively with Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP) in project type production. Advanced Planning Board, reflect simultaneousky current capacity situations with created ganttdiagramat a firm engaged. Capacity utilization is provided effectively with the Advanced Planning Board.The application of MRP to the ERP program was examined graphically.
