Economical analysis has big importance on the assessment of whether projects are feasible. That projects which are shaped by fixed yield expectations are compared with the other financial instruments can make big problem at the time which the economical conditions have been changing for seconds. That assessment which is made by fixed yield expectations of cash flows which are generated by projects can not reflect the changes of interest rates through the life of project so it does not remove the possibility of wrong assessment is made by the parameter of economical feasibilityİn the thesis, the expected change model is used to get fluctuations of interest rates. The model is used for economical assessment of Gemlik-Hopa Sea Route of Goods TransportationAt the last chapter of the thesis, the cash flows are generated by project are discounted by the fixed interest rate and floating interest rate which are generated by expected change model and their differences are compared.Key Words1.Discount Rate2.Expected Change Model3.Coastral Trade Field Study4.Economical Assessment5.Project Management
