Abstract (EN)
In this study, the adsorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA) on HAP crystals produced in the presence of microemulsion under different experimental conditions, was investigated. The experiments were carried out at 37?C in pH 5,7 and 7,0. Adsorption capacity of sintered adsorbent was decreased with increasing the polymer concentration during the production. The adsorption capacity of HAP increased with the lowering the pH from 7,0 to 5,7. On the other hand adsorption capacity of HAP crystals increased with increasing the starting concentrations of reactants when the Ca/P ratio is 1,67.When the Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption isotherms are applied to the results, it was determined that Langmuir adsorption isotherm is well fitted than Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The evaluation of the results showed that the pseudo-second-order kinetic model is more convenient for the kinetic models.
