Özet (EN)
Thanks to the possibilities progressive stages of production CNC looms leaves the location of the classical benches. More sensitive to the rise in business volume manufacturing industry, has increased the need for more and better quality products. In parallel with these changes, the use of computer-controlled machine tools in various sectors, expanding with each passing day. In this study, the prototype has been designed three-axis CNC milling machines. Required for the manufacture of the design parameters were determined. These parameters are determined by calculations in accordance with the counter was necessary to design and manufacture. Electronic and mechanical equipment in accordance with the design and calculations were chosen. Information about the choice of materials was made. Counter sensitivity analyses were performed. As a result, manufactured by designing the machine worked smoothly. Sample work pieces were processed.
