Abstract (EN)

In this study, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis were used. Different agitation conditions and temperatures of these three bacteria were examined proline, protease, biofilm and bacterial actions. Protease production is only 30 °C normal and agitated conditions in P. aeruginosa highest protease observed can perform the activity, other temperatures and conditions, E. faecalis and E. coli was observed better protease activity. KCl in the presence of protease activity can be carried out, although showing a slight change in the protease activity of E. faecalis and E. coli. P. aeruginosa in the work we do as part of our thesis in medium containing KCl values are expressed in E. coli and E. faecalis demonstrated by a lower activity. All of these studies considered the time biofilm activity that has been shown to have the best of P. aeruginosa and at least one E. coli. KCl, P. aeruginosa biofilm activity did not affect negatively. Proline in the presence of KCl did not affect the activity of E. faecalis in a negative way. Likewise proline may show activity in E. faecalis KCl environment. P. aeruginosa, KCl less in the environment even if proline activity was observed. With our work we also showed that how a bacterium measuring the diameter of the diameter of the movement as well as being able to perform bacterial action has led to the idea of when to move.
