Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between occupational perception and burnout level and organizational commitment of health personnel which is working in psychiatric hospitals. In this study, the relationship between occupational perception and burnout level and organizational commitment of 280 health care professionals working in a public psychiatric hospital was examined. The field of psychiatry is a multidisciplinary field of study. It is important that professional members of the psychiatric hospital communicate correctly with patients and clients. In this case, the employees should be fully motivated, have a high perception of profession, and have the necessary training and equipment. İn this study Maslach Burnout Scale, Occupational Perception Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale were used. SPSS 25.0 program was used to analyze the data; frequency and percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way Anova analysis, pearson correlation analysis were performed. The reliability of the data was tested with Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient. As a result of this study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the professional perception, organizational commitment levels and burnout levels of the psychiatric hosptital employees.
