In today's competitive environment, enterprises have a number of new approaches and practices that will positively affect their employees in order to adapt to changing and developing technology and other external environmental factors, to ensure continuity and to ensure sustainable competition. In this context, the concepts of psychological empowerment and organizational commitment have become important. The psychological empowerment of the employees has become compulsory in terms of management and it will enable the employees to make their own decisions about their works, to make them aware of what they are doing in terms of the company's goals, to make them feel sufficient about their work in terms of knowledge and competence and to increase their work motivation and work efficiency. The purpose of this thesis study is to examine the effects of psychological empowerment perceptions of employees on the organization. The questionnaires prepared for the application of the study were applied to the health workers of a private hospital operating in the health sector. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of psychological empowerment perceptions on the organizational commitment of the employees and on the direction and severity of the impact. As a result of the study, it was concluded that psychological empowerment had a positive effect on organizational commitment and the concepts were examined in detail.
