Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the factors that play a role in the formation of employees' psychological security perceptions on their performance perceptions. The population of the research is the employees working in different departments in an exporting company operating in the textile field in Istanbul. The data in the research were collected by survey method. Since the answers given to the surveys belonged to the employees, results were obtained regarding both their psychological security perceptions and their perceptions of their performance. The population of the research consists of 219 people. In the research model, employees' perception of psychological safety constitutes the independent variable; The employee's performance perception constitutes the dependent variable. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was determined that the employee's perception of psychological safety had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Although 219 people in the population were in different departments, they were collected by face-to-face survey method since they were in the same building.
