Özet (EN)

The aim of this research is to reveal the relationship between the psychological well-being, performance, pandemic anxiety and work stress levels of employees during the pandemic (COVID-19) and to measure the interrelationship between Psychological Well-Being, Employee Performance, Pandemic Anxiety and Job Stress variables. The population and sample of this research consist of blue and white collar employees of two companies serving in the production sector in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone. In the research, quantitative research methods were utilized and survey technique was preferred among the data collection tools. The data obtained were analyzed in SPSS program. The research was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the study, an negative relationship was found between psychological well-being and job stress. In addition, it was found that job stress increased as pandemic anxiety increased. On the other hand, it was found that psychological well-being did not affect employee performance, job stress did not affect employee performance, psychological well-being did not affect pandemic anxiety, and finally pandemic anxiety did not affect employee performance.
