Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of psychological ownership and quality of work life on work engagement. For this purpose, research data were obtained from 201 sports employees using a convenience sampling method. In the study, demographic findings related to the research sample were shared, preliminary analyses were included, validity and reliability analyses of the scales were conducted, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed. The findings of the study show that only job-based ownership has a positive effect on work engagement. In addition, work environment and working conditions, which are dimensions of quality of work life, positively affected work engagement. This study contributes to the literature by explaining the antecedents of work engagement, namely psychological ownership and quality of work life, in the context of sports employees.
