Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, burnout syndrome has become very popular by the help of increasing competition conditions and technology. Particularly in the service sector, individuals are more likely to experience burnout syndrome. The concept of psychological capital is a concept that attracts more attention in recent years. It is a fact that in modern societies, individuals are more unhappy in the business and social environment, and look more hopeless in life. The concept of psychological capital is a concept that has emerged to reduce this unhappiness and despair. The study was conducted to investigate the relationship between burnout and sub-dimensions and psychological capital and sub-dimensions. The study was conducted with 238 people working in a private electricity company in Yalova and who agreed to participate in the work. As a result of the study it was found out that the employees had an effect on the burnout and the dimensions of their psychological capital and dimensions.
