Abstract (EN)

The main aim of this study is, beside the influences of HRM practices and line managers effectiveness on the job performance of employees, researching the formative effects of psychological capital on this relation. Through the sampling that is obtained from 207 employees in various and active sectors in Ankara, a research was made. The obtained data in the research was evaluated by means of using SPSS (20.0) and AMOS programs. When the obtained findings were examined, it was observed that HRM practices effectiveness, line managers effectiveness and psychological capital, which are taking place in the research model as independent variables, have significant effect on the dependent variable, that is, the perceived job performance. It was concluded that line managers HRM effectiveness is the most influential variable on the job performance.
