Abstract (EN)

The main aim of the study is to explore the effects of psychological capital and wellbeing on employee voice in a frame of integrated model on a multinational sample. The universe of the research was formed by the 4,000 civilians and official employees of NATO operating in Afghanistan. Data were collected from 598 personnel from 13 different countries using the questionnaire method. The data in this study were analyzed with the Structural Equation Modeling techniques using SPSS.21.0 and AMOS statistical program. As a result of the research, it was found that the psychological capital significantly affected the wellbeing and the employee voice in the positive direction. Significant relationships were also found between psychological capital, well-being subscales and employee voice. In examining the intermediary role, it was found that self-efficacy has a partial mediating role between positive wellbeing and employee voice. It was also found that all three variables showed differences according to demographic factors in a multinational sample.
