Abstract (EN)

The concept of mobbing is a process that occurs during the period of actions that are carried out intentionally, purposefully and purposefully to cool the person from the institution and profession of which he / she is working because of psychological disorders. During the mobbing process, the victim has a significant impact on the frequency and duration of the process. Another situation that needs to be focused on is that in people exposed to mobbinge, there may be differences in the intensity and duration of the application. As the strength of the fight against mobbing increases, there may be an increase in the severity of the practice and the number of attackers. People who are not enough to fight personally with mobbing practice, who are left alone and cannot ignore these behaviors, may face the problem of "loss of self feeling". For this reason, it is important that the mobbing process be properly resolved and that necessary and effective measures are taken at every stage. In the health sector, people are separated from the other sectors because of the fact that they are in the forefront. Problems faced by employees in the health sector are of great importance due to the interest of this sector. The aim of this study is to increase interest in mobbing practices, to raise awareness about mobbing behaviors in order to detect and differentiate them from those who are subjected to mobbinge, and to provide solutions to these problems.
