Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between psychological contract violation and organizational cynicism. The study consists of three parts. First and second parts consist of theoretical framework which explains the concepts of psychological contract and organizational cynicism. In the third part, a survey aiming to identify the relationship between psychological contract violation and organizational cynicism is examined. The survey carried out with 160 sales assistant. The research results were evaluated by proper statistical method by using SPSS 15.0 software according to variables. The results of the survey, indicated a statistically significant relationship between psychological contract violation and organizational cynicism.
