Approximation of q-Baskakov-Durrmeyer type operators

In this thesis, the approximation properties of q-Baskakov-Durrmeyer type operators introduced and studied by Agrawal ve Kumar[8] are investigated. The Korovkin type approximation theorem and some theorems estimating the rate of convergence of these operators are investigated, and the weighted approximation theorem of these operators is given. Moreover, Volkov type uniform convergence and Gadzhiev type weighted approximation theorems of the bivariate q-Baskakov-Durrmeyer type operators introduced and studied by Özkan and Cömert[17] are investigated.
