Abstract (EN)
This study is a simulation study for detecting the validity of the QTL estimation methods. Samples with different sizes are generated using a simulation program written in R. Various scenarios are tried related to mapping the loci. At the end of the study, different results are found for different scenarios. At each run of the R program results are changed randomly. At the end of the study, as the loci are closer the estimations are approached to be unbiased. When the sample size gets greater the efficiency of the estimates increases.
