Enformasyon çağında "teknik sorun" : yeni enformasyon ve iletişim teknolojileri bir özgürleşme mi yoksa gayrı-insaniyetleşme mi?

Since 1980?s to today, the shift from material industry to knowledge services in economic domain, the social structure and the cultural identities becoming multidimensional and segmented, according to the social transformation occurring within the high technology media, and measurement of the principal criteria in each domain of life as information are described as the age of information. However, all along their history, the systems of thought and science establishing the occidental culture, separate knowledge (épistémè) and technique (tekhnè) as two opposing concepts. As a consequence, what we are witnessing as the era of permanent innovation, we are experiencing this structural rupture very strongly. But if, the technique and knowledge are isolated from each other and if our culture is ignoring that there is a technique reality in the human reality, then how can the technique be introduced to culture by its proper dynamics? Why the media that determines our culture and thus the communication science has to be responsible from the technique as its problematic? This research explores to clarify these questions with its problematic on the possibility of establishing communication ethics between human and technique.
