The aim of this study is to reveal Râ'if Necdet and his one of the famous piece of work called "New Letter Samples". We have entered such a study with the idea of the lack of translation work which isn't understood by new generation, the continuation of our letter tradition and the contribution to our culture. It was made readers to see eye-straining text which would disappear on dusty shelves and it was displayed daylight. It is aimed to introduce these to fancier and to transfer period of social and cultural life to today and to notify the new generation about the history of them. Firstly, it is started the thesis by doing research about the author. The text was transcribed and examined based on the original one. In this work, from qualitative research methods, document review was made and the scanning method was used. Analysis of the work with belonging to the early twentieth century was performed with current techniques. In our study, there are two main issues, including analysis and text. Letters are the only type of literature genre in which people can tell their feelings that can not be told to anyone. Letters contain the topics for example; it sometimes reveals the intimate secrets. It isn't difficult to encounter these properties in "New Letter Samples".
