Özet (EN)

The study includes a new methodology and diagnosis scheme for the early detection of breast cancer. In this study, blood samples were taken from patients before the treatment process. Concentrations of Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Se, Pb, Na, K, Ca and Mg were determined in blood samples of patients and healthy group using ICP-MS and ICP-OES devices. Depending on the element concentrations, the effective electron densities of the blood samples were calculated and correlated with the breast cancer disease. In this study, ZXCOM was used to calculate the electron density, which was created in Yıldız Technical University. As a result of our work, it is aimed to make preliminary diagnosis and condition determination without applying radiation to the patient. This method may open a new, fast and reliable method for medical doctors at early detection of breast cancer. This method will make a positive contribution to the "early diagnosis" parameter which is the most effective factor affecting success in breast cancer treatments. It is aimed that preliminary diagnosis and risk map can be formed only by effective electron density changes shown by patient samples. We hope that this method will make a positive contribution to the development of diagnostic kits and early diagnostic methods for other types of cancer, particularly those related to breast cancer.
