Abstract (EN)
Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the levels of depression, anxiety, and stress among healthcare personnel working with radiation and to determine the relationship between these psychological factors and their life satisfaction. Method: The research was conducted in a descriptive manner. The study was carried out in public hospitals in the province of Muş. Data collection was completed between March 25, 2024, and April 25, 2024. In order to collect data from participants, a personal information form, the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS), and the Life Satisfaction Scale were administered, respectively. Results: It was found that the healthcare workers' levels of depression, anxiety, and stress were generally below the moderate level, while their life satisfaction remained limited. Conclusion and recommendations: A significant positive correlation was found between the duration of radiation exposure and levels of anxiety and depression. It is important to regularly monitor employees' levels of depression, anxiety, and stress and to refer them to specialists when necessary.
