Unrefined of hazelnut oil; ozonation and physical, chemical,biological, investigation of activities

Hazelnut is of great importance in agricultural exports in our country. It has a half-billion dollar annual report. Every new product obtained from hazelnut that increases its added value plays important role in improvement of national economy, manufacture of new medical and cosmetic products. In this study, applying the ozonation process nut oil, hazelnut oil obtained in different ways ozone was obtained. Ozonation process 3-4 and 7-8 in the flow of ozone gas stream, starting at the 10, subjected ozonation process up to 120 minutes in 10 minute increment samples were obtained. The resulting ozonated nut oils all physical, chemical, were subjected to bioassay. As a result, in parallel with the ozonation process; density, viscosity, peroxide value, moisture content fell naturally increase the iodine value. The refractive index showed virtually no difference. Parallel to the ozonation process, vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids rated in a decrease in the concentration; the formation of any volatile component was not detected. As a result of analysis made from antibacterial and antioxidant as in the best results are subjected to ozonation process 110 minute sample was determined. Cosmatic analyzes over 110 minutes ozonated hazelnut oil; ozonated olive oil was carried by reference. With ozone oil in wound healing function was observed a significant difference between normal oils. Built in allergen detection test any allergic symptoms. Stability analysis is meaningful and significant changes in physical and chemical composition of the fat content result observed. To ensure a long shelf life, to prevent radical formation of ozone oil content, which should be added the extra vitamin E; that the storage conditions of 4 °C or lower temperatures are detected.
