Abstract (EN)
Obesity is a chronic disease of the amount of energy consumed and nutrients into the body due to the fact it is received with more than and body fat mass, increase Lean Body Mass, according to is characterized by.Obesity is a growing health problem of today's world. When you join together, insulin resistance syndrome, Diabetes Mellitus (DM), hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, some cancers, Sleep Apnea, and diseases such as osteoarthritis has become a community problem no longer .Especially as obesity is rapidly rising in developed and developing countries, which can be transmitted to hereditary. Basically that facilitate the formation of obesity, physical inactivity, and excessive eating is a result of, although the emergence of these two factors, therefore, include the contribution of many factors to be individual or social. This study, 42 male rats were used for treatment antiobezite. 42 male rats were randomly divided into group 1 and group 2 as SAR 19. Rats in Group 1 and group 2 were placed in a rat cage cages to be in their own groups between 3 er. A cage experiment in the experimental group and the control group practiced a total of 15. Rata 0.4 cc in Group 1 and 19 to receive oral fish oil daily with the feed of each rating is provided. Experimental obesity was initiated to create a condition. Separated as the control group and 2 rats from this group to their food fish oil is not included. 19 in Group 2 gr 100 ml daily mixed with water and corn syrup rata each rating should receive the leeches have been set to 8, and is provided to receive oral. Experimental obesity was initiated to create a condition. Corn syrup as the control group and 2 rats in the waters separated from this group are not included. 8 are divided into two groups as group 1 and 19 in the rat. Group 3 and group 4 was created. In Group 3, which takes place approximately 30 days 8 rata obesity has been established. In this group 8 per day for three weeks antiobezite rata treatment 0.1 g /200 gr of ginger 1cc are given by gavage method. The Weekly weight tracking day Sunday each week weighed and reviewed. Located in Group 4, 8 rata obesity in approximately 30 days has been established. Antiobezite rata for the treatment of nicotine inhaler as 8 in this group were given. 3 Letter sizes of 8 rats in Group 4 70x50x50 cm cages placed around airtight manner is closed. The tip of one Cigarette with matches and then all the smoke was burned until it is completely finished, with the help of a special mechanism closed around the cage has been pushed into. In this way the subjects were exposed for 20 minutes to smoke a cigarette and opens the cage to the cage at the end of this period Vented. This process was repeated every 20 min to 3 weeks twice a day for week. Sunday the day is weighed and weight of the subjects was followed .Within these groups the control group and rats treated with nicotine or 3 has not been separated as ginger. 8 are divided into two groups of 19 in Group 2 rat. Group 5 and group 6 was created. Located in group 5, 8 rata obesity in approximately 30 days has been established. Rata for daily treatment for three weeks anti obesity in this group 8 0.1 g/200 gr of ginger by mixing with water 1cc given by gavage method. The Weekly weight tracking day Sunday each week weighed and reviewed. Located in group 6, 8 approximately 30 days obesity in rata has been established. In this group the nicotine inhaler is given for the treatment of antiobezite 8 rata in the way. Group 6 rats 3 Letter sizes of 8 cm 70x50x50 the cages placed around airtight manner is closed. The tip of one Cigarette with matches and then all the smoke was burned until it is completely finished, the inside of the cage were sprayed with the help of a special mechanism closed around it. In this way the subjects were exposed for 20 minutes to smoke a cigarette and opens the cage to the cage at the end of this period Vented. This process was repeated twice a day for 20 min to 3 weeks. The days of the week every Sunday, and weight is weighed by the subjects was followed. Within these groups the control group and rats treated with nicotine or 3 has not been separated as ginger. For this purpose, about 7 weeks after the treatment groups of rats in order 42 ketamine and xylazine ( 5 mg/kg-50 mg/kg )were sacrifice under anesthesia. Tube Biochemistry review for the blood entering the heart was taken by the two rails. Biochemical investigations serum cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, Triglyceride, leptin, such as les and other parameters were measured. Livers and kidneys were taken for histopathological examination a portion of the rails of the liver and kidneys were separated in groups of formaldehitli containers. Liver (hepatic steatosis) is the accumulation of fat in of occurrence, quantity and distribution was determined. In the statistical analysis the SPSS packet programme were applied. Histopathological examination, biochemical and genetic investigations on people in reasons availability has been tested. According to the results; Biochemical analysis revealed low levels of fish oil + nicotine (32.56 mg / dL) and corn syrup + nicotine (29.85 mg / dL) compared to the value required for HDL-C cholesterol level (normal range 40-60 mg / dL). Especially in the corn syrup + nicotine group. HDL is known as good cholesterol because it collects cholesterol in tissues and allows it to be expelled. It is found only in the body, not in the foods. This, too, Smoking is an important factor in increasing HDL cholesterol levels. There was no significant difference between LDL-C, triglyceride and leptin groups. For the genetic analysis leptin mRNA were performed from liver tissue. Comparison to the control group; no changes in the level of leptin synthesis were seen in the therapeutic application of ginger within the fish oil groups creating obesity indicating a small amount of decrease in the obesity. A small increase was observed compared with the control at the level of leptin using ginger. In the treatment of obesity; caused by application of corn syrup groups. This finding indicating the ginger application as a treatment of obesity has an more anti-obesity effect in corn syrup group compare to fish oil application group or because the more weight gain was observed in the corn syrup group compare to fish oil application group it can be said that the antiobesity effect of ginger occur in a more clear and effective manner.
