Kırılganlık durumlarında hegemon gücün yeniden yapılanması: Ekonomik krizler ve Amerikan dış politikası

The US which emerged as the hegemonic power of the world system in the 20th century, went through major economic and financial vulnerabilities namely 1929 Great Depression, oil shocks in the 1970s and 2008 crisis during which it avoided or limited military interventions in foreign policy preferences. The determinants of this choice of the hegemon and the re-structuring of hegemony are evaluated in the light of the political economy theories and constructivist approach.
