Abstract (EN)

Franchise agreement made by and between the franchisor and the franchisee who take place in different stages of the production chain, is a modern distribution organisation based on a vertical collaboration. Les parties to the agreement can, by the provisions of the agreement, restrict the competition effective and close the market to the competing undertakings. However, the European competition law and the Turkish competition law, due to his advantages, tolerate the franchise agreement which is a vertical contract and grant it an exemption upon certain conditions. The subject matter of our thesis is the analysis of the franchise agreements which become more important, according to the competition law. Keywords : Franchise, Vertical Agreements, Competition Law
