Abstract (EN)
The associations of enterprises are one of the principal subjects of the competition law being a union composed of enterprises. The decisions of associations of enterprises are directly related with the protection of the competitiveness of the relevant market because it is highly possible for the decisions and actions of the associations of enterprises to constitute a breach of competition in terms of goal or effect. In this respect, the effect of the decisions of associations of enterprises is analysed. Besides the influence of the European Union on the competition law is reviewed. Furthermore the awards of the Turkish Competition Authority are taken into consideration and the principles are determined.
