Relationship between lipid metabolism and kidney function of diabetic patients in DHI qar province

Chronic kidney disease presents with characteristic lipid metabolism abnormalities reflected in the altered apolipoprotein profile, with elevated plasma lipid levels as a result of nephrotic or renal failure. The relationship between the progression of kidney disease and dyslipidemia has been suggested by experimental and clinical studies. High plasma cholesterol and triglyceride levels have been shown to be independent risk factors for the development of human kidney disease. High fat and diabetes exacerbate atherosclerosis and diabetes. Both of these diseases are often associated with kidney failure. Recent studies have shown that polylipoproteins leak into the bloodstream in case of kidney failure. However, it is unclear how kidney function and associated disorders are affected by carrier lipoproteins. This study demonstrates that circulating lipoproteins exacerbate renal failure, atherosclerosis, and glucose intolerance. In our study, the relationship between fat metabolism and kidney disease was investigated. For this, the data obtained from a large number of patients were used to explain this relationship and it was aimed to present a new scientific contribution to the literature.
