Digitalization process of painting art with innovative approaches and technologies

Technology is an important dynamic that has existed in different forms at every stage of human history, affecting artists and art, offering innovative approaches, bringing development, change and transformation. In this research, the digitalization process of the art of painting, which has been transformed by technology, and innovative interdisciplinary approaches, narratives and artistic paradigms with new technologies are discussed. In the first part, the relationship between the art of painting and technology is mentioned, starting from the cave wall paintings where the first idea of design was discovered, new approaches, inventions, electronic technology have led to the establishment of new equations in terms of technique, form and content, and the emergence of new art forms. In the second part of the study, it is examined how the mediums of painting art have changed and transformed with digital technology and how they are reflected in artistic paradigms. In the last part, it is aimed to reveal the effects of new technologies such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, Artificial Intelligence and NFT on the art of painting, as well as the digitalization process with current digital visual codes.
