Interpretation of 'corn' i̇n the pictures

The color, which is shown as one of the important factors in the human's perception process in the world, has been used in many areas of life and has increased its functionality gradually. Color can be said to influence people's various choices and decisions. In human psychology happiness, excitement, restlessness, fear, anxiety etc colors that give rise to various emotional feelings have the power to influence human decisions in a positive or negative way. The aim of this thesis to create new perspective on corn and to create original forms on pictorial surfaces. In the pictures, it was aimed to repeat the unit on corn and to provide rhythm in the compositions. On the backdrop of these paintings, it was aimed to create depth by providing space with color tones. In this work, this aspect of Impressionism, which enriches color tones and adds dimension and depth to painting by using brush traces, is mainly examined and an organic relation was established between the paintings made within the scope of the thesis. After Impressionism the different color perception brought to the art by the artists who gave birth to the following Fauvism movement made new contributions to the art of painting and this feature is associated with the pictures created in the thesis. The use of color on Turkish painting has been examined and the works have been examined with details. The periods in which color is most important are explained. In the first part of this thesis, which consists of three main chapters, there is an introductory part indicating the purpose, method and problem status. In the second part, there is""Color Concept and Theoretical Dimension of Color". In the third part, the titles "Analysis of the Paintings Made in the Thesis" are given. In the second part of this thesis, literature research is made and in the third part, analyzes of the works using a pictorial language are formed and in the final part, judgments are reached. This relationship is examined with the works created according to the information about how the relationship between the real object and the image is established while creating the works of artists in the art history process. The information obtained during this process contributed to the imaginary creation process by establishing a connection with the pictures made and guided the development of this process in the context of pictorial language.
