Quantum Groups, which are a new generalization of classical groups, have very rich mathematical structures and numerous roles in situations where classical groups are not adequate. In this work, using the q deformation which was given by Manin, a new deformation of (2+1)-dimensional superspace R(2 1) with a 3×3 singular matrix g, (2 1) h R , is obtained. We call this, h deformation. A noncommutative differential structure is formed on the obtained new quantum superspace (2 1) h R . A 9×9-dimensional R matrix which enables to write closer form of quadratic relations, which give the algebraic structure of (2 1) h R and others, is found. It is guarantied that the algebra is associative. Also, a new deformation of (2+1)-dimensional super- Clifford Algebra is obtained.
