Abstract (EN)

Developed societies are in contact with many packaging products in their daily lives. Today, in the production process of food packaging, manufacturing without hand touching. However, the second and important part of the production, quality control process, is carried out manually with the help of personnel. In this study, image quality based product quality control was realized in rigid plastic food packaging manufacturing process. Thus, the defects on the plastic packaging were determined. This work is also part of a project funded by some funds. For this reason, the defects determined by the image processing system, which is a part of the system, are transferred to the other components which are part of the system and perform quality control and packaging process without hand touching. Defects removed from the system by the separator unit. Since the image processing application is performed with an industrial system, very fast results are obtained compared to computer based image processing systems. In addition, the functions such as edge detection applications, black-and-white transformations, noise reduction were scanned with the help of filters and the system was operated in the most stable state. The results obtained are presented graphically and formally.
