Abstract (EN)
This investigation is aimed to determine the species of Sorbus L. which spread in the flora of Rize and to examine the anatomical, morphological and ecological properties of this species between the years 2011 and 2012. Rize Flora located within A8 of the Grid System. In the area 4 taxa belongs to Sorbus L. were determined. These are; Sorbus aucuparia L., Sorbus subfusca (Ledeb) Boiss., Sorbus umbellata var. cretica (Lindl.) Schneider and Sorbus caucasica Zinserl. var. yaltırıkii Gökşin. Ecological, morphological and anatomical properties of Sorbus L. were examined. Locality map of Sorbus L. spread in this area, were examined. In the result of the investigation contributed to the species diagnosis key. Key Words: Rize, Sorbus L. morphology, ecology, anatomy
