Rapid developments in information technologies affect every aspect of education from a global perspective. The capacity inherent in the era of information access, storage and information transfer creates new learning environments and leads to a redefinition of where and how learning takes place. Distance education, which continues today due to the health restrictions because of coronavirus epidemic, has led to the redefinition of learning environments. In this process, the use of technology in education has become mandatory with distance education. Concordantly, the need for reorganization of the learning environment and technological tools also necessitates teaching people and institutions to exhibit different approaches. In this respect, it is thought that effective learning in new learning environments intertwined with technology is related to the technological leadership approach. In the study, it was aimed to examine the effects of robotic coding, STEM and technology education on students within the scope of technological leadership. The sample of the research, in which qualitative and quantitative design was used, consisted of 10 teachers working in secondary schools, whose branches were related to technology and informatics, and 153 students attending the 7th and 8th grades. A structured questionnaire for teachers in order to determine their demographic data and views on technological leadership and a questionnaire for students' to determine their demographic data and their views on technology, were used by the researcher in line with the literature. In the study, thematic analysis was applied to the qualitative data obtained from the teachers. Quantitative data of the study were evaluated with number, percentage, mean and standard deviation. In the light of these data, it has been suggested to support teachers' use of technology in the teaching process, to strengthen the necessary infrastructure, to encourage teachers' participation in in-service training, and to make necessary policies and regulations for students' access to technology and information.
