Abstract (EN)
Technology has become an indispensable part of our lives in all areas of our life. Education is one of the areas where technology reflects my life. It is one of the technological fields used in robotics education. Robotics is a technological branch involving building, programming and designing with robots. These trainings are carried out with various sets, with the main objective being the same in the trainings made with robotics. LEGO sets are frequently used in these sets. The purpose of this research is; Observation of the effects of robotics training on science teachers' candidates, based on the achievements of science lessons using LEGO sets. In this study case study method was used for qualitative research approach methods. The research was carried out with 6 teacher candidates in the 3rd grade of the Department of Science Education of the Department of Mathematics and Science of Amasya University. An easily accessible case sampling method which can be used to determine the sample in the qualitative research to determine the sample is used. The data of the study were obtained from the unstructured observation form used by the researcher in observing the teacher candidates and from the diaries held by the teacher candidates during the robotic training. At the design stage; The introduction of the new product has increased the motivation of the candidates for the teachers, and it has been observed that the process has become more productive in the past, and at this stage, as the pieces are well known and more careful. During the programming phase; a little more difficult and less motivated. Teacher candidates have developed the skill of using technology as well as the ability to use technology, the activities that have been done have resulted in the increase of daily motivation of the prospective teachers, the increase of confidence in new products and the feeling of feeling something to achieve. It has been concluded that in the learning environments created by robotic activities, prospective teachers influenced areas such as creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, communication and cooperation in the area of learning and innovation skills which are under the 21st century skills.
