Rough Neutrosophic sets TOPSIS for decision making method and applications

This thesis consists of neutrosophic sets and rough neutrosophic sets. Topsis decision-making method for multi-criteria decision-making problems on rough neutrosophic sets was examined. Roughneutrosophicsets concepts were given. On the roughneutrosophic sets, accumulated geometric operator, weighted aggregation operator, normalizedhaming distance,normalized Euclidean distance was examined and the theorems about these concepts are proved. With these defined operators, Topsismethod for multi-criteria decision making problems have been examined. Finally, a numerical example has been provided to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
