Abstract (EN)

Due to the historical relation of the Indo-European languages, the alphabet system of the Turkish language, the other languages of the Indo-European languages, including the letter system of the Russian language, have similarities with the noun case system, but also the linguistic and literary authenticity of each society. For example, there are six (6) cases in Russia and five (5) cases in Turkish. There are resemblance cases, like (Nominative case, dative, accuative, lokative) and also no resemblance, like (Instrumentative, ablative). Unlike the Turkic language, in Russian preposition and nonprepositin is prevalent. The existing forms of cases in the Turkic (ablative) are included in Russian another form with the help of prepositions. Noun cases are expressed with the help of suffix but in Turkish with the help of prepositions and affix. Unlike Turkish, difference gender, quantity and number in Russian words affected the entire noun system of Russian. Turkish is simple in this sense. This diffrence makes it hard to learn Russian for foreigns. In this research, the teaching techniques used in the teaching of the noun system are also examined. Processes and techniques starting from primary school to secondary school are examined. In addition, this study aims to contribute to the learning process by focusing on the differences and similarities in order to facilitate learning in the aimed two languages.
