Abstract (EN)
Since the formation of organizations like state in society, crimes against state, especially crimes against reliability and function of the state, did not lose its currency and continued increasingly. In the present day, crimes like bribe, extortion, abuse etc. are generally considered in the scope of impropriety. In order to fight with unlimitedly increasing bribe and impropriety, the international cooperation became absolutely necessary condition both in domestic law and in international platform.26/9/2004 dated and 5237 numbered the new Turkish Criminal Law, whose main objective is to maintain public order and security and to prevent committing a crime as a necessary condition for an individual to live in a society, came into force. With the new Turkish Criminal Law, there have been made some changes that will eliminate lots of problems arise from implementation. In the study, crimes against the reliability and function of the state, the concepts of public official and the crime of extortion and bribe have been examined in the scope of new Turkish Criminal Law. Also, in this study, taking up these crimes in the international agreements, especially the agreements in which our country is a party and the matters of international cooperation and struggle are considered only in legal perspective.Key Words1.
