Abstract (EN)

This study examines the levels of brand trust, brand passion, brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty among windsurfing athletes, as well as the relationships between these variables. The study includes an extensive literature review and a comprehensive field survey on this topic. The main aim of the study is to understand the attitudes and behaviors of windsurfing athletes towards brands and to integrate this information into brand management strategies. The research analyses in detail the demographic characteristics of the athletes, their brand preferences, and their emotional connections with the brands. The existing literature on brand trust, passion, satisfaction, and loyalty is extensively reviewed in the research. This review reveals the multidimensional nature of the relationships between brands and consumers and the factors influencing these relationships. The study uses a quantitative research method and conducts a survey-based field study on individuals who practice windsurfing. The survey is specifically designed to measure brand passion, trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. In addition, demographic information of the participants is also collected. The research findings indicate that windsurfing athletes demonstrate a high level of passion and loyalty towards brands. It has been observed that brand trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on this loyalty. Additionally, the demographic characteristics of the athletes (age, gender, education level, income level) have been found to have a noticeable effect on their brand preferences. In the analysis part of the study, the findings are evaluated in detail. The study focuses on how brand trust and satisfaction influence brand loyalty, as well as how brand passion shapes this relationship. Additionally, the role of demographic factors and personal experiences in consumers' brand preferences is discussed. The research reveals that the brand preferences of windsurfing athletes are driven by both emotional and functional factors. At the end of the study, practical suggestions are provided for brands to develop more effective marketing and brand management strategies for windsurfing athletes. These suggestions range from developing target audience-specific marketing strategies to valuing customer feedback and investing in long-term customer relationships
