Abstract (EN)
In this study, funded by TUBITAK for the 630 kW wind türbine is a three-stage planetary gear group calculations and analyses were conducted. Using data of the planetary gear group with analytical method cycle rates, modules, the size of gears were calculated, the forces on gears and bearings were found and strength calculations were made. Solid model is drawn with the SOLIDWORKS program all the gear system and each gear of the gear system on the basis of their surface contact area, reducer?s stage and gear elements were conducted as a static analysis with ANSIS program separately. In this way, stresses on the gears were calculated and the results of these calculations were compared. Safety status in terms of stress was examined.
