Abstract (EN)

In today's metalworking industry, resource is emerging as a vital element. With the developing technology, more efficient, economical and easy to apply welding methods are emerging. One of these methods, the electrode material is used effectively in materials with large and thick walls. High quality product can be obtained by electro slag method. Controlled solidification increases structural integrity. Because of this, electrosurfing is the preferred method for the production of high performance materials used in high tech industries. The application of this source is based on the principle that the slag generated during welding is able to reach high temperature with resistance to the supplied electric current and to use this heat at source. The effective use of heat generated during welding is a method used especially for boiling thick-walled materials because of the fact that the heat transferred to the base metal is very high. Any inclusions in steel will adversely affect the mechanical properties such as steel surface properties, deep drawing, fatigue, impact resistance and break strength depending on shape, composition, density and size. Electro-slag smelting method is one of the methods used to get rid of these negative effects. S355J2 + N is structural steel, high strength, low alloy structural steel. Especially steel constructions, bridges and trunks, seashore structural constructions, power generation facilities, mining equipment, load carriers and wind turbines have a widespread use in production. This work will investigate the weldability of S355J2 + N materials by electroshooting method. After the welding process, various mechanical tests will be applied to determine the mechanical properties of the welds, and various mechanical, microstructural, and microstructural changes can be observed and recorded by observing and recording the changes in mechanical and microstructural properties. By using electron microscopes, destructive and non-destructive testing methods, hardness testing methods, to be completed.
